The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is the proud host of the 61st Annual Southeast Fish & Wildlife Conference, to be held October 21 - 24, 2007 at the Marriott Charleston Town Center in Charleston, West Virginia. As Conference Planner, I invite you to consider becoming a sponsor or exhibiting at the conference.
The Southeastern Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (SEAFWA) conducts a four-day conference each Fall to provide a forum for critical information presentation and exchange of ideas regarding the management and protection of fish and wildlife resources throughout the nation, but with emphasis on the southeast. The conference attracts nearly 800 biologists, enforcement agents, educators, and administrators representing state and federal agencies; university students and professors; natural resource consulting firms; private and non-profit companies; and other natural resource related organizations. If you have an interest in reaching this audience to market products and/or services, then please join us as an exhibitor or sponsor.
We have designed the program schedule to allow for plenty of time for networking and there are many options for marketing exposure. The "Welcome Reception," continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks, Cyber Café, and registration will all be held in the exhibit area. Setting up a display in the exhibit area, sponsoring a specific event, and donating products or services are all excellent ways to gain exposure and generate interest in your company. Exhibits open at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 21 and will close after the afternoon break on Tuesday, October 23.
Attached is a detailed Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Form and listing of sponsorship opportunities. A standard exhibit space includes a registration for one attendee, including breakfasts and receptions, the banquet and attendance at sessions. Additional exhibitor representatives may register and pay the full conference registration fee.
